Troubles by Outside Influence
We focus on some issues that would give negative influence on feeding accuracy and how to fix that kind of issues.

(1) Tension of Flexible Joint, Pulled and Twisted
Normally, Up and down side of gravimetric feeder is connected by flexible joint, but in case it is pulled and/or twisted, the weight is not measured correctly and the control is negatively affected. As its countermeasure, fix the flexible joint with no twisting and appropriate loose allowance. And check the weight value is correct by placing test weight.
(2) Back Pressure and Air Vacuuming
In case there is back pressure and/or air vacuuming from downstream equipment, the weight value become unstable and the control is negatively affected. If the canvas of discharge tube is swell and/or shrunk, it is the sign that feeder is influenced by such kind of back pressure or air vacuuming. As its countermeasures, stop or minimize such influence within a range not to influence weight value.
(3) Vibration of Installed Place
Feeding control is negatively affected because of unstable weight value, in case that strength of installation frame is not enough or there is vibration source close to feeder, as the vibration is conducted through installation surface. As its countermeasures, distance feeder frame from vibration source or strengthen feeder frame by adding some beams directly underneath feeder.
(4) The Influence of Wind
Feeding control is negatively affected because of unstable weight value, in case wind is blown up to feeder from air conditioner or outside. As its countermeasure, eliminate the cause of air or take appropriate measure not to blow up feeder.
